Our Approach

We recommend hands-on workshops rather than seminar-based training. Each workshop is facilitated by an expert in the relevant skillset.

Over the past decade Panalysis has run training sessions for hundreds of people. From this we have learnt that the outcomes are much better for those who attend a workshop-based training session where they can apply practical techniques to their own real world problems.

We all learn much better by applying our skills and gaining feedback on what works and what doesn’t. The practical hands-on approach leads to much deeper learning outcomes.

We also provide a one-to-one mentoring program to help your team integrate the materials covered in the workshop and to grow their skills over time.

This workshop covers the basics of how to effectively track the results of your marketing campaigns through to deeper analytical techniques.  Learn how to set up your tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure the appropriate metrics for your organisation, industry or goals.

Developing Optimisation Plans

This workshop moves from the basics of how to effectively track the results of your marketing campaigns through to deeper analytical techniques.  Learn how to set up your tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure the appropriate metrics for your organisation, industry or goals.

Typically our workshops cover:

  • Using Google Analytics to identify friction points and barriers to success.
  • Building effective segmentation models to describe your website visitors.
  • Developing a conversion or sales flow model for your website and digital marketing.
  • Developing test hypotheses.
  • Implementing A/B tests.
  • Deeper analytical techniques to identify behaviour patterns.

Delivery

Workshops can be run at your premises, at our offices in North Sydney (max 8 people,) or as a series of webinars. If required, Panalysis can organise external training facilities via Saxons, Cliftons or an alternative provider.
