A. Any service that Panalysis provides or within its area of expertise. This could include any of
- Web analytics software support including Google Analytics, Urchin, ClickTracks or other products
- Web analytics business advice. We can help you to make sense of the statistics and turn these into actionable reports
- Search engine marketing including advice on pay per click campaigns or generally how to improve the results from your advertising
- Search engine optimisation. We can guide you through the process of how to optimise your site for search engines.
Q. Is there a minimum contract period?
A. No, there is no minimum contract period. We only require that you give us 7 days notice
Q. If I sign up will you automatically re-bill my credit card?
A. Yes, however if you choose to stop using our services you can cancel with 7 days notice at any time.
Q. How many people from our office can contact you for support?
A. That depends on the plan. Each plan has a limited number of allocated contact people. If you need more than our plan allows, please contact our sales team for a custom quote.
Q. You have both a number of incidents per month plus a time allowance, how does this work?
A. In order to be fair to our customers and keep our prices reasonable, we feel that those support incidents that take a long time should be charged at a higher rate than those which are solved quickly. The majority of issues are solved quickly, however as we offer support for a large range of services and applications we need this to ensure that those who use the service the most pay in proportion to their usage.
