Google Analytics for Agencies
This course is designed to provide advertising agencies and web development companies with grounding in the effective use of Google Analytics to meet and exceed their client expectations. The course is typically delivered in two parts, the first for the marketing, advertising and other account management staff and the second for the technical staff responsible for implementing Google Analytics.
The first section is designed to assist those who liaise directly with the customer to be more effective in their role and usage of Google Analytics. The skills taught in this section are focused on the business use and interpretation of Google Analytics reports.
The second is for the technical team responsible for implementing Google Analytics on their customer's website. The focus of this section of the course is to ensure that the team can effectively implement and troubleshoot the Google Analtyics tags. Typically complex implementations such as 3rd party payment gateways, custom variables and other JavaScript issues are covered in this section.
