Zari Kotwal is the Senior Web Analytics Consultant at Panalysis, specialising in web analytics, search and behavioural analysis, online marketing strategy and optimisation. Zari consults with and trains clients from industry, government departments, universities and advertising agencies.
Zari is a certified Google AdWords Professional, as well as an authorised consultant for web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Webtrends and Coremetrics. She is the principal trainer at Panalysis, presenting workshops Australia-wide where she helps businesses use web analytics and SEM to add value to their business. Zari works with companies to interpret their data in areas such as cost analysis, customer experience, online marketing and KPI development. She also assists in the monitoring and support process of tool implementation.
Prior to Panalysis, Zari spent over 5 years in the PC industry (IBM and Lenovo), leading the Asia-Pacific region in rolling out web analytics, user experience and design, site governance and deployment of new web applications in emerging markets. During her time at Lenovo, Zari led a project team to deploy the Omniture web analytics tool in 16 countries. Her role then developed to become the expert in web analytics and went on to develop a highly successful training programme in these across Asia-Pacific.
As well as being an accredited consultant with the various vendor Analytic tools on the market, Zari has a Diploma in Graphic/Web Design and a Bachelor of Applied Science. She spent over 7 years as a research scientist at BRI, web analytics being a natural progression.
